Warm Chicken Goo

This recipe probably serves about 4 people. It scales up very well; I've made this for up to 30 people at once. I've named this recipe for its' creamy, gooey sauce.

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 boxes rice-a-roni, in a flavor you like (I use cheddar and broccoli)
3/4 c. white rice
Water as per instructions on rice, plus 1/2 cup
1 10.5 oz. can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp. each black pepper, onion powder, dill, and minced fresh garlic
Grated cheddar cheese (to taste)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Put chicken in a 9 x 13" pan, and bake for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook Rice-A-Roni and rice with water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat to low for 10 minutes. It will only be partially cooked.
Spread rice over the top of the chicken, and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together soup, yogurt, and seasonings.
Remove casserole from the oven, and spread the soup mixture over the top.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle cheese over the top.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
