Dear Erin: While we have not yet completed my project, I want to thank you for the beautiful work you have done on my logo, business cards and web site. You and I come from different directions on this project — you are linear and I am.... well.....not. I am giving you colors, feeling and personality and you turn that into a web page. You have a high level of professionalism. By that I mean that you stay focused on the work, your ego doesn't get in the middle, you communicate in a productive way, you do what is necessary to please your customer, and you are extremely flexible. You are patient and just as concerned about details as I am. I have felt all along that this wonderful work was being accomplished through a partnership between us.
