I contacted Erin at the very start of my business, and she took me through the entire design process to build my brand. We started with the logo, and then moved on to visual vocabulary, advertising and finally my website. In all, she performed the following tasks:
- Logo design
- Visual vocabulary, including providing me the font and all specific colors used
- Business Cards
- Letterhead
- Retail informational hang tags
- Trifold brochure
- Website and shopping cart design, including PayPal header
Throughout the entire process, Erin was extremely helpful and responsive. When I wasn't happy with something, she made her best effort to change it. When there was a problem, she made her best effort to fix it. Erin is an excellent listener and has a talent for pulling the core issue out of disorganized thoughts. If there is one issue I would raise, it's that there were a lot of hidden additional costs. Part of that is because the project grew as I got further into understanding exactly what I wanted — on the other hand, I did start to feel a bit frustrated about it by the end. However when I look at my investment in Erin's small business branding process, I know that it was worth every penny and I would recommend her to any small business owner looking for an identity.
